By accessing, registering on or using the fiy33 platform — including the website and the fiy33 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use fiy33.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and fiy33. They apply to all account holders, including those who have registered but not yet made a deposit. Your continued use of fiy33 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To create and use a fiy33 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fiy33 does not accept accounts from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or cooling-off period currently active on your account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as part of any commercial or professional betting operation.
• You must be the true and sole owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on your account.

fiy33 may request proof of age and identity at any point. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID such as a CNIC or passport. Accounts that cannot be verified or are found to have been opened by an ineligible person will be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with fiy33's verification policy.

Each person may hold only one fiy33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different phone numbers or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your contact number, email address or payment method changes, you should update your account information promptly by contacting the support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. fiy33 staff will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility.

fiy33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

All financial transactions on fiy33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets available at the time of your transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. fiy33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the name on the fiy33 account, fiy33 reserves the right to hold or return the funds and request verification documents before releasing any balance for betting or withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where this is technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard account holders are processed within the normal queue. VIP account holders receive faster processing depending on their current tier, with higher tiers receiving priority treatment.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the relevant payment screen.
• fiy33 does not charge additional fees on PKR withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals can only be requested once any applicable wagering requirements tied to bonus funds have been met.
• fiy33 may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawal requests.

fiy33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which are published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all fiy33 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the offer details.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing one may result in forfeiture of the uncompleted bonus.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• fiy33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be notified of any material changes.

The fiy33 sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and domestic competitions — football, esports and other sporting events. All bets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed on the betting interface at the time a bet is placed.

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified unless fiy33 determines that the odds were published due to a system error.
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport's rules, which are available in the Help section.
• fiy33 reserves the right to void any bet where it believes the odds were set incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed issue or human error.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits may vary by sport, competition and event. Limits for VIP members may differ from standard account limits.
• In-play betting is subject to market suspension at any time. Bets placed during a period of suspension will be voided.
• Where fiy33 suspects that a bet or series of bets has been placed with the benefit of information not available to the general public — including match-fixing suspicions — those bets may be voided and the account reviewed.

During PSL seasons and major T20 international series, fiy33 may offer enhanced markets and increased bet limits for eligible VIP members. These are subject to the enhanced market terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

fiy33 offers slot games, fish games and live casino products. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all casino and game products on fiy33:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Results are determined independently of fiy33's systems for RNG games.
• Game malfunctions — whether caused by a technical fault on fiy33's side or by a fault in the game software — void all affected rounds. Any winnings generated during a malfunction are not payable.
• Players may not use any software, tool or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated play scripts and exploit-based strategies.
• Progressive jackpot and special feature payouts are subject to verification before being credited. fiy33 reserves the right to withhold payment pending confirmation of a valid win.

• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited to the account every Monday in PKR.
• Cashback credited through the VIP programme may be subject to a light wagering requirement, the details of which are published on the VIP page.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Players whose activity falls below the threshold for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next review.
• VIP benefits — including personal account managers, faster withdrawals and enhanced bet limits — are available while a player maintains the relevant tier status.
• fiy33 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected VIP members in advance where reasonably possible.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts or gifted to another player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fiy33 platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one fiy33 account per person.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account details.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, interact with games or exploit any platform feature.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms or game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise interfere with the fiy33 platform or its underlying systems.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of privileged information when placing sports bets.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

You may request the closure of your fiy33 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before an account can be closed, any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the associated bonus funds will be removed. Verified funds that belong to you — meaning real-money balance not tied to an active bonus — will be returned via your registered payment method following standard processing timelines.

fiy33 may close or suspend an account at any time where a breach of these terms is detected or suspected. In cases of suspected fraud, fiy33 may freeze the account and hold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and balances handled in accordance with the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period rather than full account closure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside fiy33's control may cause temporary service interruptions.

• fiy33 is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical faults or data connection issues on your end.
• fiy33 is not responsible for any bet or game session that was affected by a connectivity issue on the player's side.
• fiy33's total liability to any individual player, in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents, is limited to the value of the real-money balance held in the player's account at the time of the incident.
• fiy33 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits fiy33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

fiy33 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified by the contact details held on their account. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date shown at the top.

Continued use of fiy33 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using fiy33 and request account closure before the revised terms come into effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to wording that do not affect the substance of any rule — may be made without formal notice. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent update of any kind.
